By accessing or using the Airpak Express platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services on behalf of a business.
You agree to use Airpak Express services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the Airpak Express platform are owned by or licensed to Airpak Express Ltd. This includes but is not limited to our trade marks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, patents, and database rights.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airpak Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100), whichever is greater.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorised them.
Each user account is for a single individual or business entity. Sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with thirty (30) days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in any activity that could harm Airpak Express, our customers, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring legal proceedings in your country of residence under applicable local law.
